Our driver always contacts the recipient by phone or WhatsApp before arriving, and the recipient also gets a message when the order is on its way. So the most important thing is a phone number that someone will actually answer.
If Nobody Is There
We follow your instructions. If the balloons can be left somewhere safe, we’ll leave them there. In condos, that’s usually with the guards or at the designated delivery area. Just let us know in the special remarks at checkout.
Please note that “somewhere safe” means indoors or in the shade. Helium balloons don’t survive the Malaysian heat: left in direct sun, they shrink or pop quickly, and they can fly away.
If It Can’t Be Delivered
If there’s still no solution after 15 minutes, the order comes back to our shop. A second delivery then costs RM12 (the return fee charged by our delivery partner) plus the full delivery fee again.
How to Avoid It
- Offices, hotels, restaurants: Let the staff or reception know and put their name and number as the recipient. Leaving it with the concierge
- Condos and guarded areas: Add the unit number and any access instructions in the special remarks at checkout.
