My date & time slot changed to today after ordering. Help please.

Don’t panic, we all make mistakes. Whenever the checkout page is reloaded (by you), the delivery date & time (due to technical reasons) have to reset back to the next available slot. This is most likely what happened, you’ve reloaded the page and didn’t realise that the date & time changed. Fortunately our order confirmation page, confirmation email or the order details within your account with us made you aware of the error.

Just contact us on WhatsApp (that’s by far the quickest and most convenient way), let us know your order number and the correct date & time slot details – we’ll change it for you right away.
