Most of our deliveries are surprises, so here’s what you should know.
The Recipient Will Be Contacted
Our delivery partners (Grab, Lalamove and GoGet) always contact the recipient by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery, and they take a proof-of-delivery photo. That’s their standard procedure, so it can’t be skipped. But drivers don’t say what they’re delivering, and the notifications only say that a delivery is on the way.
How to Keep It a Surprise
- Use a helper’s phone number. If the recipient mustn’t suspect anything, enter the number of someone who is in on it: a colleague, a family member or the reception.
- Tell us it’s a surprise in the special remarks at checkout.
- Order emails only go to you, the person ordering, never to the recipient.
- Greeting card: Write your message, or leave it unsigned if you want them to guess. Our designer greeting cards come without our branding.
