Balloons, flowers, cakes and personalised items: no returns
Almost everything we sell is made for you on the day: inflated with helium or air, personalised with your text, or fresh (flowers, cakes and desserts). Once it has been made, we can’t resell it, so these items can’t be returned or refunded — unless something went wrong on our side.
If your balloons popped during delivery, deflated within the guaranteed floating time, or something is missing or wrong, that’s on us, and we’ll replace, refund or reimburse you.
Changed your mind before we’ve made your order? That’s a cancellation, not a return, and it’s possible up to 3 hours before your time slot for anything with helium (1 day for air-filled products). How to cancel
Ready-made party items: unopened returns welcome
Party items we don’t make ourselves — like banners, cake toppers, candles and party sashes — can be returned if they’re unopened and in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the item, and we’ll tell you how to return it.
