Yes, as long as we haven’t made your order yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the new details, and we’ll change it for you.
- Date or Time Slot: Free of charge, as long as your order hasn’t been made yet. For anything with helium, that’s typically up to 3 hours before your time slot, and for air-filled products up to 1 day before.
- Address: Our delivery fee is calculated from the distance to your address, so we recalculate it for the new one, just like at checkout. If the new address is still within 19 km of our shop (our flat RM29 zone), nothing changes. Delivery fees by area
