Surprise Delivery in KL & Selangor: Balloons, Flowers and Cake, Same Day

A good surprise has two parts: something worth opening the door for, and timing that works. We make the first part in our own shop in Taman Desa, with personalised balloons, fresh flowers and cakes in one delivery. For the second, order by 4pm and we deliver the same day across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Putrajaya, usually within 3 hours.

  • One delivery, one surprise: balloons, flowers, cake and gifts arrive together.
  • Their name on it: add a name or message to the balloon. We make it in-house, so it still goes out the same day.
  • You choose the moment: pick a date up to 60 days ahead and a 3-hour time slot.
  • They won’t know until it arrives: our drivers don’t say what they’re carrying.

How to keep it a surprise

Most surprise deliveries that go wrong fail at the door, not in the shop. These four steps avoid that.

  1. Give us a number that will be answered. The driver phones the recipient’s number on arrival. If a call would spoil the surprise, enter the number of someone who can receive the order instead: a colleague, a family member or the front desk.
  2. Tell us about the building. Use the “Special Remarks” box at checkout for the guardhouse, lobby or reception, or ask us to leave it with the concierge.
  3. Pick a slot when they’re there. Delivery slots are 10am–1pm, 1–4pm and 4–7pm, and there’s an early 9–11am slot if you order by 8pm the day before.
  4. Say it on the balloon. Add a name or message to a bubble balloon, or include a greeting card.

What you can send

Balloons are what we’re known for, and every bouquet is filled with 100% pure helium and treated with Hi-Float at no extra cost. You can add fresh flowers, made to order, cakes and desserts, or personalised gifts to the same delivery. Flowers and our Elevete cakes can be ordered until 4pm for the same day; designer cakes from The Cake Cart need to be ordered a day ahead.

Where we deliver

From our shop in Taman Desa we deliver across the Klang Valley: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Subang Jaya, and Shah Alam, Klang, Putrajaya and the rest of Selangor. The delivery fee depends on the distance and is shown at checkout as soon as you enter the address.

Questions about surprise delivery

Can you deliver a surprise today?

Yes. Order and pay by 4pm and we deliver the same day, usually within 3 hours. That includes balloons with a name or message.

Will the driver tell them what it is?

No. The driver contacts the recipient to hand the order over and takes a photo as proof of delivery, but doesn’t say what the item is.

What happens if nobody is there?

We follow your instructions first, such as a safe spot, the guardhouse or the reception. If there’s no solution within 15 minutes, the order comes back to our shop and a re-delivery fee applies. A reachable phone number is the best way to avoid that.

Can you deliver to an office, hotel or restaurant?

Yes. Put a staff member’s name and number as the recipient, or ask us to leave it with the concierge.

Can I collect it myself and deliver the surprise in person?

Yes. Choose Self-Pickup at checkout and collect from our shop at 20, Lorong Jugra, Taman Desa, 58100 Kuala Lumpur.
