Unfortunately an exact time or a very narrow time window is not possible, there are so many things that are out of our control. There might be sudden weather changes, a delivery driver might be delayed from a previous delivery job, there could be accidents and unexpected traffic. As well, different delivery drivers have different driving styles. Some need 20 minutes to your location and some need 40 minutes for the same route.
Of course we’ll always try to arrange everything as close to your preferred timing as possible, but achieving an exact delivery time is just not possible. That’s why we have time slots. We can narrow it down for you to a delivery window of at least 2 hours, for example 3.00 – 5.00 pm or 12.00 – 2.00 pm that are not directly within our time slots. Please leave a request for that during checkout in our special remarks.
If you need the balloons at a very specific time, you can select self-pickup from our shop instead.
