How can I cancel my order? Can I get a refund?

There are two options for cancelling your order, as long as it has not been made by our team yet. For everything that includes helium, that’s typically up to 3 hours before your scheduled delivery time slot. For air-filled products like balloon stands or balloon hugs, that’s up to 1 day before your delivery time slot if ordered in advance.

Option 1: You can get 100% back in PartyPoints, directly to your account with us. Those points have no expiry date and can be used for any product in our online shop for future orders. You can easily redeem them during checkout, as shown in the following picture. Learn more about PartyPoints and our loyalty reward system.

Option 2: We can issue a refund for your order, minus 10% in transaction and administrative fees. For every order, we’re paying transaction fees that we absorb. But if you’re cancelling your order, we will still have to pay that, so we would need to deduct those from the refund amount.

What about popped / deflated balloons, out of stock items?

Of course that’s a different story! If we make a mistake or something is wrong with your order, we’re happily offering a refund for you according to our “Replace. Refund. Reimburse” customer support philosophy. Alternatively, you can also have that refund in PartyPoints plus a little compensation as refunds are always more complicated than giving account balance.
