My balloons popped / deflated. What to do now?

Don’t worry, we’re with you if anything goes wrong, according to our “Replace, Refund, Reimburse” customer support philosophy. If your balloons pop during delivery, deflate within our guaranteed floating times (mentioned in the product description), or we’ve missed some of your items, we’ll always take care of you with our three-tiered system.

Replace

If it’s possible for us to re-do and re-send the item, we’ll do exactly that as fast as humanly possible. We’ll schedule a new delivery right away and prioritize your replacement item above all other orders.

Refund

If it’s not possible for us to replace your item (because we’re already closed, the operations team has left our shop), we will always refund you without hesitation.

Reimburse

We are deeply sorry for every mistake that we make and to show that those are not only empty words, we will give you PartyPoints that never expire, which you can redeem for future orders. The amount of PartyPoints depends on what our mistake was.
