My delivery is late. What to do now?

Our sincere apologies about the delivery delay! While we always schedule orders as best as we can to arrive within your selected delivery time slot, sometimes unexpected things happen. There might be sudden weather changes, a delivery driver might be delayed from a previous delivery job (for other companies), there could be accidents and unexpected traffic. As well, different delivery drivers have different driving styles. Some need 20 minutes to your location and some need 40 minutes for the same route.

If your delivery is delayed by more than 15 minutes, we will refund your delivery fees and also add a little compensation to your account with us as an apology. If you didn’t pay any delivery fees, while we can’t refund you anything, we’ll give you a larger compensation in PartyPoints directly to your account. Those have no expiry and can be used for any products in our online shop for future orders!
