Office Christmas parties in KL are usually planned in a hurry: a date in mid-December, a budget from finance, and someone in HR or admin who’s been asked to “make it look festive”. If that’s you, this guide is for you.
We decorate offices, showrooms and company events across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor every December. Here’s how to get a festive office with the least effort, what it costs, and when to book.
1. Choose air-filled décor that lasts the whole season
When choosing Christmas décor for an office, how long it lasts matters more than for a one-evening party at home. Ideally, it goes up in early December and still looks good for the party and the last working week.
That’s why we recommend air-filled pieces for offices. They don’t need helium, and they last for weeks:
- Balloon Christmas Tree (RM169): about 112 cm (44″) tall, in your choice of colours, with your own text on the star. Delivered ready-made.
- Christmas Tree Airloonz (RM119): a 149 cm foil tree, almost as tall as a person, for reception or the lift lobby.

- Balloon Presents (RM49 each): 14″ balloon “gift boxes” in your colours, to place under the tree or on reception.
2. Add a garland or an arch for the party itself
For the party, one statement piece does more than lots of small decorations spread around the office.
That’s why most companies pick one of these, in Christmas colours or their own brand colours:

3. Helium balloons for the tables, on the day
Helium balloons bring a party feel that air-filled décor can’t, but they don’t last weeks. When choosing them, think about the timing.
That’s why we suggest ordering helium bouquets for the day of the party itself. Our Christmas bouquets, such as the Starry Night Merry Christmas or the Festive Christmas Tree Plaid bouquet, cost RM89 each and make easy table centrepieces. Solid-colour 12″ latex balloons float for around 24 hours, and foil balloons for days.
4. Put your brand on it
A company party is also a chance to show your brand, especially in a client-facing office or showroom.
That’s why many of our corporate customers add:
- Balloon columns with your logo (from RM299): 2 or 3 metres tall, with a 36″ balloon showing your logo or text.
- Custom logo balloons (100 balloons for RM320): your logo on 12″ latex balloons. Plan ahead: printing takes 7–9 working days, and we need your artwork as an AI or Illustrator PDF file.
5. Book early, and get your paperwork sorted
December is our busiest month for companies, and many office parties fall on the same Fridays.
That’s why we recommend booking as soon as your date is fixed. You can book up to 60 days ahead and pick your date and time slot at checkout. For your purchasing or finance team:
- Quotation: add everything to your cart, enter your company name and choose Manual Bank Transfer. You’ll immediately get a pro-forma invoice that works as a formal quotation.
- Invoice: every order comes with an online invoice in your company’s name. We currently don’t charge SST.
- Payment: all orders are paid upfront, by card, FPX, e-wallet or bank transfer. We don’t work with purchase orders or payment terms.
- Building access: check with your building management about loading bays and lifts for setup, and let us know any rules when you book.
