Quotation (Pro-Forma Invoice)
Add everything you need to your cart in our online shop, enter your company name at checkout and choose Manual Bank Transfer as the payment method. You’ll immediately get a pro-forma invoice with all items and delivery fees, which works as a formal quotation for your purchasing or finance team.
Invoice & Payment
- Every order comes with an online invoice, with your company name on it.
- We currently don’t charge SST.
- We don’t issue e-invoices (MyInvois), as our business doesn’t fall under Malaysia’s e-invoicing requirement.
- All orders are paid upfront in our online shop, by card, FPX, e-wallet or bank transfer. We don’t work with purchase orders or payment terms. For long-term partners with regular monthly orders, we’re happy to talk.

For multiple venues, very early setups or anything not in our online shop, message us on WhatsApp. For special arrangements outside our regular time slots, the minimum order is RM2,500.
