Shopping Information

How do I place an order online?

Select the product you wish to buy by clicking the “Add to cart” button. If you wish to purchase more items, you can carry on shopping, adding everything you need to your cart. You can view your cart at any time by clicking on the “Cart” tab in the top right hand corner of the page. Once you’ve added everything you need you can go through to checkout page and follow instruction. Any problems you have, feel free to contact us.

Are all items on your website available for same day delivery/ self pick up?

Most of our products are available for same day delivery/ self pick up, however, please do check on each product pages for more details. Pre-order items will be stated as such.

How soon should I place my order?

You should place your order as soon as possible to secure your time slot on the preferred date. Although we accept last minute and same day orders but time slots are limited and priority will be given to customers who place their orders early.

I have placed my order, but I forgot to key in the discount code. What should I do?

Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot apply any discounts. Please ensure that you use the codes you want before placing your order

Can I walk in to your store and purchase?

We are wholly online based so we do not entertain walk ins as we do not have a retail store at the moment. All orders will have to be made thru our website.

Where do I type in the customised wordings for my balloons?

For most of the customisable items, you can leave the personalised wordings on the column box shown on each product page. In any event that it’s not shown on the product page, you can leave it in the Comment section at the Checkout page.

Can I request for a message card along with my order?

Yes, you can. Just write down the message for the card in the Comment column at Checkout page.

Balloon Information

Are the balloons sold inflated with helium?

All balloons offered on our website are delivered readily inflated with helium unless otherwise stated. Please check on each product page and title for more info.

How long will my helium balloons float for?

How long will my helium balloons float for?

Actual flying times vary depending on temperature and atmospheric conditions. Float times vary greatly based on factors such as latex quality, humidity, temperature, altitude, etc.

Please remember that these are estimates based on typical indoor air-conditioned conditions, and following all instructions on this website.

Helium balloons’ float time are greatly affected by temperature. Float times will be shorter outdoors. Please do not leave them in a hot car or trunk.

Factors such as adding tassel garlands and filling balloons with confetti will also reduce float time. Foil balloons are not suitable for outdoor usage. Helium balloons in general is not recommended for outdoor usage under extremely hot weather in Malaysia. Balloons typically float for half as long in hot, humid weather. When helium-filled foil balloons are taken into the cold, they will temporarily deflate and will re-inflate again when warm. We will not be held liable for any under-performance if not handled correctly.

Can I change the balloon colour(s) in the ready-made bouquet I have chosen?

Yes, you can change to any colours you like as long they’re of the same value or lower. In most product pages you can write down in the column provided, in any event it’s not available, please write it in Comment column at Checkout page.

Why do my balloons burst?

Sometimes, for no apparent reason, balloons burst. Bursting may be caused by static electricity brought about by changing weather conditions, or may occur under extreme heat, rapid weather changes, or caught by something sharp. While we use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution necessary with your balloons to ensure they last through your event, once the balloons leave our door or we have left the venue, they are out of our control. We cannot guarantee that every balloon will remain intact for the duration of the event. We use the very best biodegradable latex and take every precaution to minimise the risk of breakage however, due to general nature of balloons your decor may still be subject to popping, “frosting” or fogging/oxidation of the colours, and/or slight movement.

Can I request to inflate 5″ latex balloons with helium?

5″ balloons are not designed to be used with helium as they will only hold a tiny quantity, if you do wish to add helium however please note that they will float for approx 2 – 3 hours. Please also note that 5″ confetti balloons should not be filled with helium, they are too small and heavy to float.

Why do my balloons oxidate?

Latex balloons can become covered with a velvet finish when atmospheric conditions change, such as in high humidity, in high ozone or when exposed to sunlight. The velvet finish is the result of oxidation, the first step in the bio-degradation (or natural breakdown) of the natural latex.

What is Hi-float?

HI-FLOAT balloon treatment is a solution of a plastic material dissolved in water. It forms a coating inside latex balloons that greatly reduces helium or air loss. It is nontoxic, non-irritating, noncorrosive, nonflammable and biodegradable. It increases the floating life of latex balloons up to 5 times, on average, if stored in the right condition/ temperature. To achieve these float times balloons must be kept indoors, in a climate controlled location, with air-conditioner running between 22-26c. Hi-float is only usable on latex balloons.

How do you determine the font on my balloons?

We will be designing your custom text based on the total length of characters and the font type and design may vary. If you have a specific font in mind, feel free to be in touch with us.

Order Information

What does my status order “Awaiting Fulfilment” mean?

When an order has been made and payment is received and verified by our team, your order status will change from Awaiting Payment to Awaiting Fulfilment. That means your order is confirmed and is waiting to be fulfilled/ delivered on the chosen date and time slot.

When will my helium balloons order arrive?

You can choose the preferred delivery date and time slot on the checkout page. Please expect your order to arrive anytime within the time slot you have chosen and allow an extra window for time discrepancies due to traffic condition and weather changes.

How can I change my delivery date or time?

You can message us on any social media platform or WhatsApp us at +6011 / 5621 – 8959 to inform us at least 5 hours in advance. If you let us know less than 5 hours, chances are your balloons are already prepared and we may not be able to accommodate your request for a new date or timing.

When will my pre-order items arrive?

Some pre-order items take 2-4 days, while some take 7-10 days. We will ship it as soon as it arrives our warehouse.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have not paid for your order, you can reach out to us on social media or WhatsApp us at +6011 / 5621 – 8959 your order number to be cancelled. If your order has been paid, you can have the paid amount as a store credit for your future order. There will be no expiry date for that and it’s allowed to have different items should you change your mind.

How will my items/ balloons be delivered?

Party items (non-helium balloon products) will be shipped via Poslaju while helium balloon bouquets will be delivered using 3rd party dispatch service.

Do you have same-day delivery?

Yes, we do. For same day delivery, please place your order and make payment as confirmation before 4pm and choose the delivery time slot that’s at least 3 hours later from when you’re placing the order. Eg. if you’re placing the order at 10am, please choose the 1-4pm time slot onwards. If earlier time slot is chosen, we have the rights to amend to the next available one without prior notice.

When will my party items arrive?

Your party items will be shipped on the next working day via courier once payment is received. Usually you will receive 1-3 days after being shipped. However, we will not be held responsible if there would be any delay from the courier company. We will also not be responsible for any missing or damaged parcels resulting from errors made by the courier company. We will be happy to assist you in filing a damage claim with appropriate parties to receive either a refund or a replacement.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

When you receive an email stating your order status is Completed, that means your order has been delivered/ picked up.

Additional Information

Is helium gas flammable?

Helium is a natural, non-flammable, non-toxic gas. It is lighter than air and is safe for the environment. Helium is an asphyxiant and inhaling it can also result in loss of consciousness, due to lack of oxygen – it should never be inhaled.

Do you use mixed gases or pure helium gas in your balloons?

To keep up the standards of Party Perfect, we only use top quality pure helium gas. We do not mix our gases to save costs. We believe in delivering the best.

Can I get any discount?

You can subscribe to our newsletter on our website and get 10% off for first time purchase (min purchase RM100, not applicable for Cakes and Desserts, Flower and Balloon Box, Money Balloon Box, Proposal and Party Packs category). You can also enjoy free delivery within Klang Valley if your order is above RM300.

What’s your refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds once payment is received. Customers are advised to read all the information provided before placing an order. However, you can have the paid amount as a store credit for your future order. There will be no expiry date for that and it’s allowed to have different items should you change your mind.

What are the delivery charges to XYZ?

The delivery charges depend on your exact location. To make it fair for everyone, it’s calculated based on the distance (KM) from our shop in Taman Desa, KL. You will see the charges on the checkout page in our online shop, after entering your delivery address.
